Observer Reports
The Observer is an analytical layer of the simulation. Every five simulated years, it reads the data the system has produced and generates a report on patterns, voting behaviour, consensus, conflict, and the world that is being constructed. It does not intervene. It evaluates what the system has already done, returning to the central questions of the project.
